Lately, I’ve taken to a few lovely Facebook groups to expand my horizons when it comes to my cohorts here in Cyberland.

It was through these that I met the lovely Kate of My Spiritual Roadtrip.

I’m a sucker for good vegan food, so when Kate advertised her new book, The Vibrant Health Recipe Book, with the mention vegan options, I was super excited to hear more.  Luckily for both of us (and for all of you!), we hit it off quite well, and we set up a review and giveaway!
